Post Meridiem is the story of two old friends (Well, not that old) and a shared moment of inspiration. Sure, any canned cocktail is convenient, but they all tasted like a compromise. That wasn’t good enough for us. Or you.
Turns out making an easy drinking cocktail is anything but easy. We set about scouring the world for the best ingredients, working with local mixology masters, inventing ways to keep real ingredients fresh and even building our own canning line when the industry standard wasn’t good enough.
The result is authentic award-winning, full-strength, real ingredient, really damn delicious cocktails in our signature 100ml cans (Which is the proper size for a cocktail btw). No shortcuts. No excuses. No compromises.
We think one sip will change your entire conception about how good a canned cocktail can be.
WHAT ABOUT THE NAME?
We wondered when you were going to ask! Post Meridiem is what P.M. stands for in telling time. In Latin it basically means ‘after noon’. We thought it was the perfect name for a proper cocktail because ‘post meridiem’ time is your time. Time to do what you want. Be who you want. And to enjoy wherever and whenever you want. In those precious hours, nothing but the best will do.

We’re proud to call Atlanta home and be able to share our cocktails with the rest of the country. All our cocktails are created in-house in small batches by us. We oversee all steps of the production and canning process (We even built our own custom canning line). We research and procure all the ingredients from around the world ourselves. We roll up our sleeves and put in the time and work.
All reasons our cocktails taste like they came from a cocktail bar, not manufactured by a faceless corporate conglomerate. Too many of those out there already.
